Data Protection Officer (DPO)

The firm’s key commitment is to provide you with the best advice available, servicing your company and astutely anticipating changes and developments in the law and their consequences on your business. The new European regulations on personal data came into effect in May 2018.

The regulations aim to enhance personal data protection, but at the same time provide wider opportunities for the collection, use and exploitation of your personal data. This paradox sometimes appears unmanageable, all the more so when we recall that failure to comply with the law can lead to very dissuasive fines (up to 4% of worldwide sales, within a limit not exceeding EUR 20 million!).

I therefore decided to become a certified Data Protection Officer and Bureau Veritas accredited my certification on 20 October 2017.

This certification offers me the opportunity to work alongside my clients and help them assimilate the new obligations required by the European Regulation and provide their company with a safe, confidential and ethical environment.
