Benjamin obtained his Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession (CAPA) in 2022.
Before joining PONTHIEU AVOCATS, he completed his final internship at Veil-Jourde and then spent two years in the real estate department of the prestigious law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel in Paris.
He mainly practices in economic law, particularly in the areas of: competition law (domestic and EU), distribution law, consumer law, and intellectual property law.
A football enthusiast and former youth player for Olympique de Marseille, Benjamin brings to his legal practice the values of sport: discipline, teamwork, and commitment.
